If you’ve tried and failed to use your child’s hula hoop, try our Hulabop class in Banbury with adult sized hoops and be amazed how quickly you can do it!
In this class you will learn to keep the hoop spinning around your waist, adding turns and even walking at the same time. This is great to strengthen your core, tone your waist and legs and give you a surprisingly good cardio workout! You will also use the hoops to strengthen and tone your arms and even learn a few tricks to impress your friends.
Suitable for all fitness levels, this is a relaxed and friendly class where you will be encouraged to go at your own pace with no pressure. As it is very low impact this class is particularly good for people who are new to exercise or those returning to exercise after injury, illness or having a baby.
If you’ve hula hooped before or feel like it’s all too easy, then Lindsey can tailor each class to the ability of the hooper – no judgement – hooping is a friendly community and just want to share the hoopy love!
