The January 30/30 hoop challenge is a great way to improve your hooping skills. Run by www.hooping.org the idea is to hoop for 30 minutes per day for 30 days straight. You post about your 30 mins practice on the website so that all the participants support each other. It’s amazing how quickly you can improve with regular practice. It’s pretty hard to fit it in sometimes but you will really see the results.
